The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) is starting the development process for the 2021 to 2025 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP is a five-year fiscally constrained schedule of priority highway, bridge, transit, and multimodal projects identified by year and location complete with funding source and cost.
